We got the chef’s specials - sautéed mushrooms, mussels in house red sauce and a sirloin steak surf and turf. All pretty great! Good food and good vibes! Oh and they were kind enough to call and ask us to come in earlier. We’ll be back.

Vinny's far exceeded the already solid expectations I had going in based on the reviews. The food and service was top notch. Food compares to some of the best we have had in our extensive travels. This very well might be the best restaurant in Frisco.

I would give 5 stars if the host were welcoming. The woman working on the night of March 30th that was the host, I will not name call poorly publicly. Our server (Shanice) was seriously outstanding though, and made up for the poor welcoming experience. The food was amazing, and the views are also great! I manage multiple businesses and I highly understand the importance of good reviews and transparency. If it were my business, I would want to know the first person my customers interact with is kind or at least doing the bare minimum of being welcoming. Kindness is free, and easy to give :)

Absolutely lovely - atmosphere, service, delicious unique food. So fresh and variety of flavors just burst in your mouth!I had fish as highly recommended by our server - it was amazing! Almost crunchy crust, some sweet amaretto sauce that tasted like ice-cream, roasted veggies - just perfection!

Nice gem on Main St in Frisco. It checks all the boxes. Try the mussels, you won't be disappointed! And the Gangter Table is appropriately named, perfect for you and your gangster friends that live in Frisco.

Shanice was the best server our group has ever had. We walked in and the hostess greeted us with the sweetest experience for our bachelorette trip! Our table had a handmade sign saying congratulations for our bride. She was the nicest server who was so fun and got our vibe completely. Shanice and the hostess made our night, couldn't have ask for better people to make our night special.

After making a reservation, I arrived to a very friendly greeting and a table pre-set and ready. No waiting. So far so good.I ordered a small Caesar salad to start and the Chicken Parmesan entree. The salad was as expected and I did have high hopes for the entree which was non-traditional. It looked really good, an interesting take on a traditional dish, but it proved a bit bland. When I ordered, I asked for pasta as the starch. The waiter said of course we can do that. No mention that pasta with Chicken Parmesan (the normal side to this dish anywhere else) would be an additional $4.00. That was only made apparent on the bill.It was over an hour before the entree arrived, with one brief recognition of how long I had been waiting. All in all, I'm sorry to say the experience left me with no desire to return and the food was underwhelming. Too bad as I'm always looking for new dining options in town.

Lovely restaurant with wonderful staff and good ambiance. The food is definitely on the pricier side but the price seems to fit the dishes. The selection was a bit limited in my opinion but other than that the food was great.Their farm-to-table meals are well thought out and their menu includes the sources of all of their food which was super to see.

Experience was a disaster. They were understaffed. Ok, that’s understandable. Restaurant was 1/2 full. We had a 6pm reservation, finally sat down and ordered at 6:45. 30 minutes later the entrees came but no appetizers. The linguini with white clam sauce was actually bucatini pasta with a thick cream sauce. The clams likely sourced from a can (no actual clam shells). The duck dish was good, but lukewarm. The menu looked amazing. They’d do well to deliver what is advertised and set expectations with their customers. Wish we’d gone back to Tavern West.

We thought it would become quieter after happy hour, but the background noise even through dinner was such that we could not talk across the table. Wood floors and plastered ceiling and windows create a noisy environment.

We brought 20 locals to “Happy Hour” ABSOLUTELY DID NOT MISBEHAVE. All of us were thrown out because our jackets were on our barstools.Gavin needs to be fired. Until then we will never be back.
