“Beautiful atmosphere and aesthetic. Every menu item I've tried from here has been fantastic, especially the empanadas. Cocktails are also delightful and creative. A tad on the pricier side, just to be transparent. We came in around happy hour- definitely a comfortable setting and great for a date night.“

“The second year in a row to visit Whiskey Star and both times it did not disappoint. It is by far the best barbecue that I've had in Colorado. The smoked brisket was tender, moist and had great flavor. It is the kind that needs no sauce because it's just that good. I also had the cream corn as a side and It was outstanding.
