Ordered on the app while traveling on I-70. Super easy location to get to. I arrived around 10am on a Saturday, there were no other customers in the drive-thru lane. Received my order, hot, in less than a minute total since arriving. I had an annoying order of customizing everything and it was ALL correct. Fries were (deliciously) salty and everything else could not have been more perfect. I wish this location was closer to my house so I could come here more. Thank you to these workers today, this was an unexpected delight for us.

Fruita colorado Burger King-Spider webs in window seals. Flies. Workers were arguing. Upon washing up for our meal, women’s bathroom toilet looked like a pig got slaughtered. Someone was in their period and smeared that stuff everywhere. The men’s bathroom had puke in the urinal and someone had pissed all over the floor along with toilet and surrounding area. Food was good but the restaurant was disgusting.

Quick and tasty meal for the road. Stopped in on a road trip. The staff were friendly, and the food came out hot and fast. Not much more to ask for than that!

About 2215 rolled up to the drive through. Sat. Sat some more. Lights are on the boards and inside. Drove to the window. Read the sign that says open until 2300 (interestingly the same as the times on good I checked before driving over there). There’s a guys sweeping. Doesn’t look up. Honked. Nothing. Drove away. Have never been to this location before today. Guess I wasn’t missing anything.

After the meal I had here they are going to have to rename it from the Whopper to the Slopper. I ordered ahead online, they didn’t even start it yet when I arrived. Three people ordered at the counter after me and all got their orders before I got mine. And when I got it there was no to-go bag, just a wrapper covered in grease and sauce. We had already left the parking lot because we were now tight on time. I wish I took a picture before I started eating. It was a MESS. A ridiculous amount of mayo and sauces. The whole thing felt soggy. The bun instantly squished in my hands. The burger wasn’t even built in the right order so everything started to ooze out. I lost about a quarter of the toppings before I gave up. Tomotoes were old and I couldn’t bite through them so they all came out as one piece. I got to BK fairly often (you can see some of my other reviews) and this was the worst of them all. I don’t think I can eat BK for a minute now. We were listening to the radio and the song “Throw it all away” came on and that’s exactly what I did with the remaining half of the burger.

This was about a year back. 2024 ish….
I was inside enjoying my meal, flies all around. Tweaker ish female as our cashier. Very large sweaty man as… cook, manager, and…. Everything else. ? He did not wash his hands. Sat with us, was a friend of my husbands. He went between orders and making food with gloves on to sitting with us at our dining table with the same gloves on. And reusing them again for food making. The issue I recall was a man coming in asking about the billboard stating “.99 cent ice cream cones”
They had neglected to remove that sign and the tweaker-ish appearing cashier ARGUED back and forth with this CUSTOMER about the sign saying that.
She insisted he was lying and shes worked there long enough to know they don’t have that offer. So the man HUMBLED HER ASS. That sign SURE ENOUGH did indeed say “$.99 ice cream cones.” (The front of the sign had another offer, but the back did still state this offer)
She did NOT offer an apology for being WRONG, RUDE, and did not even provide the man with any ice cream. After the man left the obese manager and her “roasted” and laughed this off as if
It was the customers fault. It clearly is a mistake, could’ve been rectified, and she should have been more polite and apologetic.
I haven’t been to this location since aside from a drive thru experience.
Perhaps CHANGE ur gloves every time you leave your sandwich station, perhaps…. Shower? And maybe less drugs guys.
I hope that guy tore you a new one but just in case he didn’t, here I am (:
Be better to people when you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD SERVICE. It does come back around.

If I could only leave zero stars I would. Whoever is managing this store should be fired. Drive through today took almost thirty minutes and they weren’t even busy. Employee never once stopped by to say how much longer or apologize until she brought food then said sorry. Fries had no salt. Chicken sandwich no mayo. This place is trash go to McDonald’s.
