This is unfortunately one of the weaker Dunkin locations in the Denver metro. The customer service is lacking, as staff members can be quite snippy over the intercom. Additionally, the efficiency is poor; I waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes at 10:00 AM, well past the morning rush. It is unclear why this location is struggling so much with basic operations.
Please put this god awful place out of its misery. Orders are constantly wrong, food is awful, and half the time I go through the drive through I wait 20 minutes to get told they are understaffed and “closed.” Please just go out of business already.
This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. They consistently mess up orders. I’ve given up hope they will improve and now just genuinely hope they shut down this location.
