PF Chang's To Go was new to me. It's primarily a pick-up / delivery place, so it's small, but there are some tables if you choose to eat in. I ordered at the counter and got prompt and attentive service from Ashton. Food was good as any of their regular sit-down restaurants. Meals were freshly made (no delivery lag time) and tasty. My order was stolen by the third party service and the manager and staff on hand were so helpful, kind, patient and understanding. The manager reached out to the driver and after not getting a response, texted me to let me know they would be refunding me for the food, but also replace it as well. The staff and management went above and beyond. Thank you for going the extra mile to right someone else’s wrong.
