Our go to place when we’re in Glenwood Springs for a night or two- we’ve even gone two nights in a row. We have a hard time not ordering the carbonara every time because it’s SO good, but everything we’ve had was phenomenal. When they have the watermelon salad app, get it, it is so refreshing and tasty. The atmosphere is perfect, staff is wonderful, and Vinny is incredible. I’m writing this review as I’m craving it from home, just thinking about when we can go next.
I just can’t say enough good things about this cute little place! The service was very good and the food was out of this world excellent. I had the lobster risotto and just wow! The lobster portion is very generous for the price and it was so succulent and perfectly cooked. The risotto was expertly made; the rice was perfectly al dente and the sauce was so delicious and plentiful. My friend had the spaghetti caprese and I had a taste of hers and it was also perfectly delicious....
Staying for the night in Glenwood Springs on our road trip back to CA. Read some good reviews so we gave it a shot. The food was amazing. We had a great caesar salad, not too overly dressed. Then shared the rack of lamb and the house made mushroom ravioli. The rack of lamb was outstanding melt in your mouth perfectly cooked. Ravioli were excellent although.the cream sauce a little heavy. I think a simple butter herb sauce would have been better, but that is my personal taste....
