We came here because we want to support local businesses. Our service was horrible and we asked if they had sweet potato fries. The server stated yes. We got our bill and weee charged for two orders of sweet potato fries x2 for $9.50 each. They explained that the fries come loaded. We did not get loaded fries yet paid for them. The server never told use we would be charged for a loaded order. They made no effort to solve the problem and it’s the worst service I have ever had....read full review
The food was really good but the service was horrible! We were a party of 8 so 18% gratuity was added on automatically. Thats fine, but not when the service was as horrible as we had. There were 3 tables in there, including us. So it wasn’t busy. I had to go to the counter and ask if we could order food. While she had been standing there for ten minutes talking.
