We came for dinner yesterday. Our server was Elias. I was very impressed with his service, manners, personable conversation and attentiveness. My children are around the same age as many of your servers and unfortunately it’s not as common to find well-mannered, hard-working young adults in customer service roles. My kids see the same with people their age. Your servers were all polite and it is a breath of fresh air to see! The food was great too!
From the time you arrived at the door we were looked after. We were seated immediately. Our waiter Elias was fantastic and answered all our questions. The drinks and appetisers were served without delay. The mains and sides were just fabulous. This restaurant is a must if you are ever in Glenwood Springs. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
We went tonight and told the host we had 3 people to which he said it would be a 25 minute wait. ok. so we are just standing there waiting to be seated and as we wait a table of two comes in and is sat. OK... so we wait longer and more people leave.. So he seats another table and we notice that these are people we came before so my husband asks him how much longer It will be before we are seated and the kid was like I didn't add you to the list. um. why not?
