The staff was friendly. The shakes were tasty and we enjoyed our burgers. I wish there was a little larger selection of burgers though.
Signage could be a little better. It was dark, but we did not see the restaurant until we were passing it.

Parking: We had to drive around a bit to find parking. We ended up about a block and a half away.

The food was great. The waitresses attitude, however, was very salty.

Food was cold, not good and very expensive and you pay separately for everything.

Burgers are too much meat and not enough flavor, sweet potatoes fries literally cut my mouth they are stupid crispy. Regular fries are super tiny and not dippable.

Nice staff. Decent selection of beers and drinks.

For being a burger place should have better burgers. Patties are so thin didn't even taste it.

Fries and onion rings had no flavor, guess that's why they have so many sauces.

The food was great
The menu had lots of options. I had a great experience during lunch.
The server did consistent table touches and kept checking in with everyone equally
I highly recommend having lunch here or even dinner here.
I hope to return sometime soon

It’s a good place to have American food and beer.
We had the SXSW and the Hoggfather. The hoggfather was great! Even though it’s pork patty it’s moist and delicious. The SXSW meat tasted a bit old, maybe keeping an eye on the freshness would be great. Especially in during OFF season.

Fries seem like freshly made.
We also had the wings and those were great!! Really good. A must try.
Hands up for the Goddess dressing on the house salad, it was really tasty.

Meatballs snack were ok, nothing too exciting and a bit on the dry side but understandable as they are deep fried.

Will definitely come back !

Stopped in to have lunch but sorry I don’t buy stuff that has no price. Had a beer that I was worried about buying because there was no price.
Maybe if I ever come back and they have the price of the food on the menu, I will be able to taste the food. Prices are not on the menu and I shouldn’t have to ask.

I haven’t been inspired to leave a review in a while. We had a larger party with kids, and this really seemed to upset the staff - even though there were multiple tables through out the restaurant with young children. The server was less than enthusiastic, and the manager/owner seemed the same. Drinks took forever, and arrived at the same time with the food. Several of us in the group are former servers/restaurant manager and worked in small tourist towns. The staffs attitude took an enjoyable experience away from decent food and a good atmosphere. Plenty of other options in Glenwood with out the “tude”.

Me and my family were on vacation and figured we’d try and support a local burger spot, We had high hopes for this place but we were disappointed in not only the food with very bland tasting wings & burgers. The worst part was our server, she seemed extremely bothered by our presence and since a 20% tip is immediately included to party’s over 6 she did not care to give us even decent service. She rushed us to order and was just throwing things around. Only ever checked on us when we were ready for our check, don’t feel like we deserved this kind of service from Courtney, our waiter.

Pricey but the food was so worth it! This will be our new go-to every time we’re in Glenwood. The wings and fries are especially phenomenal. Everyone loved everything they ordered in our party of 6!

We found the Grind while walking around downtown Glenwood looking for a place to eat lunch over Labor Day weekend. The food and service were good and worth going back for. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere in that part of downtown. Only thing I would ding them for is they didn't have near enough umbrellas for the seating area so we were sitting in the sun. Plenty of room inside but we preferred outside.

Pretty good burger place. A little on the pricey side. Menu is a la carte. Not a bad place if money is not too big an issue.

Cool location in downtown location with lots seating inside and outside. But the service was absolutely horrible on a Saturday night for a 1/2 full restaurant at 6-7 pm. We did have a group of 11 and if they would have been busy, I’d understand a bit of “snip” but our server plain wasn’t nice. She refused to slip checks (ok) but we had to throw a fit to get her to run multiple cards.

Pretty Ho-Hum burgers for bad service. Beer selection was pretty good though.
