One of those places where you order from a QR code and the default tip is 22%. Had the blackened chicken salad, onion rings, and a beer. The chicken on the salad was maybe ground chicken and filler. It was mostly filler and tasteless. The onion rings were ok but the plate was mostly full of burnt breading with a few onion rings. The beer was great.

Great burgers. We seek out Bison burgers whenever and wherever we can. The Grind was no disappointment. Great food, reasonably priced. Eat indoors or outside. Check it out!

We ordered the All American and 8 Will Cody as well as Mac n Cheese for our son and Union rings with fries. The burgers were solid (we were very hungry) and ate them all, our son loved his Mac n Cheese and the fries were excellent. The onion rings were the only thing that was truly disappointing. Also you have to order and pay on the phone when you sit outside so just FYI.

Very mid experience. Patio seating requires to order through QR code even though the interior is empty and servers aren't seeming too busy. Person who brought food was nice, food mid temp, Mac and cheese was good though looked very Kraft-like 🙃, probably even better if hot. No follow up to see if food was decent or if we needed anything. Pay through phone and they suggest a 22% tip. I'm sorry, for what? I've been a server, this place was lame, won't be back.

Staff aggressively shoves the payment machine to the customer's face, pressuring to tip with the percentages displayed, the minimum being 20%, making it nearly impossible to select a custom tip in that setting. Extremely disappointed. We visit Glenwood often, but we’ll never return to this place. One star.

I was really disappointed with this place. The food is way overpriced for the quality. A hamburger doesn’t even come with fries — they charge an extra $10 just for the side, and a simple lemonade was $7. Not what you’d expect for the price. I also asked for plain sweet potatoes, but instead they served them covered in buttery flour. Overall, the food definitely wasn’t worth what they charged.

My wife and I sat down at the bar and ordered food. She left for the bathroom and the food arrived as soon as she came back. Fast service and the food was amazing. Had the BBQ Pork sandwich with their Carolina Mustard which was tangy, savory, and cooked perfectly. Kitchen is peanut-free for those who need that and the staff was friendly. If I find myself in the area again, I will be coming back.
