“Doc Holiday’s Saloon has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to tip your hat and stay awhile. Friendly staff, soft buns, and fresh vegetables all ride tall in the saddle. Sadly, the frozen beef and Buffalo patties come in like a limp tumbleweed. I get that fresh hamburger meat costs more, but a frozen patty feels like cheating at a high-stakes poker table.“
