so good oh my god the owner was serving and was incredibly nice, i wish i took a picture of the sandwich, i got the pastrami sandwich with the truffle fries it was absolutely amazing i brought it home 3 hours later after it sat in a cold car, my boyfriend took a bite and his eyes literally popped open i just wish it was open on weekends! so hard to find good food in this valley
The Goat is one of the best restaurants between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Great dishes and a variety of menu items to satisfy most people, with truly fantastic flavors. I just had a cheese burger that is hands down the best in the region. A 100% recommendation.

This restaurant had a fun vibe. Our waitress was so awesome. We had the hummus platter and gyro/chicken sandwich and chili. I wanted the French onion soup but didn’t order, so I guess I’ll have to go back! Food was good.
