I was attempting to order online however the system was not allowing me to do so. I went and called the store for assistance and there was someone who picked up the phone who couldnt understand what I was saying. I understood that but she placed a woman on the phone and I expressed to her the issue. I asked if I can place the order over the phone she told me they arent allowed to do so. Of which it was a lie she just didnt want to assist me and I figured that out when I asked her to help me with online and her response was “ I can try” i am tourist here with two kids for my first time. It was unprofessional, rude and such an embarassement to the establishment and what the entity strives and stands for. I wont be making any order with Qdoba here if I ever return. I am unsure why everyone doesnt have any hospitality. Anyways just wanted to share my experience. Next time I will cook and carry my own food for the trip. They are certain employees who put bad names on such amazing establishment. This is truly a big liability to the company itself as a whole. Thanks!

Foods always good, staff always nice. Just found it weird that the last 3 times I've gone here I've gotten my food to go and every time it's been either a burrito, or a quesadilla, everything I get a cup of guacamole and sour cream in the bag. Today I'm getting my burrito and did not receive guacamole and sour cream on the side. I asked if I could get some and they told me "no only if you're eating it here" which I found very weird being that the last 3 times I've gone here they have given it to me.

Without a doubt the worst Qdoba I have ever gone to. The bad experiences were around 2021. The food was terrible, customer service none existent. It seemed like hours of operation changed and they would be closed when in google maps it indicated a different closing. When I found out that Qdobas are franchises it made total sense.

The employees don’t even seem to care that you came in. I have never had such lackadaisical and rude service. On top of it, the rice is undercooked. No welcome, no greeting, barely a “can I help you” at the counter?

Team was unpleasant dealing with our online order, chips and/or guac was extremely over salted. Don't be fooled a "side" of anything is approximately 1 tablespoon of sour cream/guac/salsa. Quesadilla contents were poorly distributed (nothing inside end pieces) and quesadillas cut haphazardly, in uneven pieces. One of the two chicken quesadillas ordered had pieces of steak in it as well. We normally have a good experience at Qdoba, but this one was bad enough to post a review about.

I loved everything about this place! I have a disability which restricts me from talking normally and it’s difficult for many people to understand me. A young lady I believe Erica was helping me and made me feel safe and comfortable. She understood my situation and only made it better. I have never felt so welcomed and respected then I have when I went. Will definitely be coming back! Plus the delicious food made it better.Vegetarian options: There’s a lot to choose from no matter what you want.Kid-friendliness: They are kind and loving towards kids although they might be disruptive they complied and cared for them
