Was recommended only cause another popular food truck was closed. Ordered a torta. Very dry and the carne asada very bland in my opinion

Incredible little truck, definitely worth the stop if you're craving Mexican street food. Not often I get this level of quality in Colorado! Definitely a bit of wait for the food though, so be prepared.

I ordered Ceviche that had hot sauce all over the top of it which I did not ask for I had a total of five shrimp lots of onion lots of tomato no flavor I got two tostadas that were stale normally I don't have a problem with this place but I always order the same thing which is carne asada tacos I was very displeased was not happy at all and went home and threw everything away

I’ve been in the valley for 3 years and have been on a taco tour trying out all the carne asada tacos and this spot has won over my stomach. What they say is true, the most unassuming spots have the best food and this is no exception. If you’re in town or just passing through, this spot is worth stopping!

We hit this place every other time we come to the Iron Mountain hot springs. Authentic food and very generous portions. Just know it's a good truck you are dining outside. They have covered and heated tent, which has been more than comfortable this winter

Was there today ordered a torta and 2 tacos no people around 730 pm and it took over 40 minutes for my order,other people got there and ordered and they got their order before me

Pickup delivery and woman inside truck actually cursed me out in Spanish. Probably explains all the biting flies near the truck.

El Taco Express food truck next to gym is much better people. Nice gentleman. I would recommend them.

The worse experience we ever had wait for food more than 1 hrs, the worse service ever bad actitud. I won't come bad neither recommend this place. I asked questions and was answering with bad actitud, I paid $72 for food no drinks and it's not worth it. I give 0 start

I came for the birria tacos because I was told they’re the best in the valley. It’s true. But we also had the asada burrito and it was hands down the best burrito I have ever had in my entire life. This place is a hidden gem!!!!

I hate to do this because I’ve eaten here before and had great experiences however, this time it was not. First off the service was poor because the employee wasn’t helpful and inattentive. The wait was long which is understandable but some of the meats tasted undercooked or lacked overall flavor. I probably won’t be coming back especially since there are other places nearby that are willing to make the extra effort to give their customers a good experience.

I ordered food from here spent 60$ to recieve a big long black hair in my food and all the meat was nothing but fat!!!! Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE spend your money else where and get more for your money. Plus the food didnt come to me like the menu described not as advertised and way smaller portions.
