Service was tops! The bread was so good, the salads and dressings were fresh and beautiful, and the entrées were delicious! Even the coffee was enjoyable. We walked out of here satisfied and happy. We will be back! I recommend the spinach lasagna, and the meatballs.

EPIC special, tagliatelle with prosciutto and mascarpone sauce. The best pasta I have ever had. split it with my spouse - plenty of food. Host recommended wine, and it was fabulous with dinner. Kids had rigatoni and spaghetti- all winners. Taking home leftovers, hoping to make pasta and pour this fabulous sauce on it. Price for a family of four was about $115 - great, sought after.

Our party of 6 enjoyed everything we ate! Best red sauce I’ve had IMO. We had to get 1 of every dessert, the Lemon Crème Cake was THE BEST!! Service was amazing and the owners were delightful! Will definitely go back when we are in Glenwood Springs.

I can’t recommend Italian Underground enough! From the comforting yet fresh dishes to the generous serving sizes, every visit feels like a treat. The service is top-notch, making dining here a truly enjoyable experience. All of this blended with the cozy atmosphere. And don’t miss out on their delicious Italian margarita it’s a must-try! We’ve tried to recreate them at home but can never get them as good lol
