Just the best wood-fired pizza around! A great whole wheat crust - thin, with nice toppings. Our favorite for years has been their Thai chile chicken pizza. Unfortunately, this year they've moved to more catering and therefore have limited food truck dates. Check their website for future scheduled dates.

My now husband and I knew we loved them before the wedding, but our guests were so happy- we heard so many compliments about how much everyone loved the food. The apps were also delicious. Joel & Christen are truly an amazing duo! For the last year, they have been by our side as we set out to have them cater our wedding, and have been nothing but kind, flexible, and passionate about their business! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the food is a hit!!! Had so many compliments from our guests. There was even a moment during our wedding where we were behind schedule, and Christen was so amazing in lovingly and calmly reassuring us and getting us back on track. Plus, they have the cutest two dogs that are always a crowd favorite. :) Could not recommend highly enough!!! We will forever be grateful for them.

We got SO many compliments from all our guests about how incredible the food was. And they were able to easily accommodate our guests who are gluten free and vegan. Would absolutely recommend!

OMG. I've been enamored with the 'Basic Kneads Pizza' food truck since visiting 4 Noses Brewery and trying their Thai Chili Pizza. Because my partner is pescatarian, we couldn't put chicken on the pizza, but I plan on doing so next time. They forgot to remove the chicken (probably a special request) so they made it again, but it was quick. Delicious flavors. Nothing like I've ever had on a pizza before, and likely my next experience will bump this up to 5 stars!
