By far the best vegan breakfast burrito I’ve had. The filling mix contains lots of vegetables, usually root veggies, which can surprisingly be hard to find at restaurants. Some places just add potatoes to a tortilla and label it a burrito. They also have a delicious vegan green chile to try with it.
Fantastic pastries, drinks, and the vegan burrito was to die for. New favorite breakfast/lunch/anytime I can get it spot in Golden!

I was really excited to go here for the gluten free options.i wasn't super impressed..tried the gf avocado toast. It was kinda tough, dry toast on a bed of lettuce. Super noisy if you're going for a conversation.
