“Suzanne at Food for Thought made the tea sandwiches for my dad’s 90th birthday celebration, and our whole family loved them! The smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches were a hit, and the tuna was to die for. Everything was beautifully arranged and ready to serve for our 50 guests. Several people asked who had made the food.
Suzanne was professional and helped us order just the right amount. We had only a few leftovers, which we happily finished the next morning. The lemon curd and Devonshire cream were wonderful, too. Her pricing was an incredible value for the quality and care she put into everything.
Food for Thought operates from a commercial kitchen rather than a storefront, so don’t let the Google photo fool you. I’d happily order from Suzanne again!“

We had multiple compliments from guests on the food, especially the herb-crusted tenderloin. Pricing was reasonable and Sydney was very responsive, kind and professional. She accommodated a variety of unique dietary needs, including a vegan plate, at no added cost.“
“I found this Mexican restaurant today while looking for something to eat. I ordered a chicken bowl and loaded it up with toppings—it was fire, even better than Chipotle or Qdoba. The price was fair too, so I’d definitely go back. I saw they have albóndigas on the menu, so I might try that next time.“

“I wholeheartedly recommend The Pines at Genesee for your event. We could not have asked for more with our daughter's May wedding at the venue. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the food was absolutely delicious. In addition, the staff made an extraordinary effort to take care of our gluten-free guests, with delicious offerings for them as well. The prices were reasonable and there was much flexibility to spend in some areas and save in others. Stephanie is an outstanding and incredibly hard-working coordinator, and her staff are the best. You can't go wrong at the Pines!“
