Although my omelet was somewhat enjoyable: the cheap coffee that tasted like yesterday's, the waiting 15 mimutes for our first interaction with our waitress, the lack of follow-up and hospitality skills, the lady washing her face in the hand sink right infront of the bar and throwing her used paper towels in the dirty dish bins, the lack of sense of urgency and professionalism, and the overall chaos is the place with the workers allows me to rate y'all -10 🌟s! Was served a coffee cup with a full lipstick stain on it. Drank out of the cup before realizing. Brought it to the managers attention where he aggressively told me “I’m offended that you’re offended!”
Why would a manager approach a customer with this type of attitude for 1. 2, you’re mad at me for your business serving me a dirty coffee cup?!
