We regularly stop here for coffee when in Golden- they have had some AMAZING seasonal coffee selections! The staff are always friendly. I've never popped in to do work (we always come on weekends) but it looks like such a cozy place to do that.

Was in golden visiting a friend and checked out this spot for morning coffee and it was a 10/10. It was the only spot we went back to on our trip ! Nathan behind the counter delivered the best customer service out of anywhere we went in CO (and there were some chillers). Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area or who lives around golden.

Love going to Higher Grounds!! I always get the Italian soda. The atmosphere is so nice to study or chat with a friend. There are many plants, and the dining room is very cozy. The staff has always been super friendly as well. It does tend to be pretty warm in there, so make sure to layer!
