Wow! Aspen and Levi really did an outstanding job today! They were able to make a large order in a very short amount of time happen for me, and they were so kind! The sandwiches were delicious and my crowd was pleased! Great experience at Jimmy John’s in Golden today!

It's Jimmy Johns... the food is always great! But Levi and crew were especially friendly and courteous. Atmosphere and facilities were nice n clean. Plus, it's the most budget-friendly option for us while in Golden, CO.

I am an App delivery driver, I received 2 orders to deliver catering from this store, which 9/10 times tip more. The store employees delivered the 2 orders themselves and got paid for it‼️ Not only is this behavior cheap & unethical. It’s wasting app delivery drivers time and gas. Totally unacceptable‼️

How To Get To Hollywood Pictures

The water tasted like bacteria out of the soft serve machine. I recommend tasting your product before putting it out there @jimmyjohn’s. Cheap stakes can’t even give out tasty water. Going back to Subway and Snarf’s. JJ’s is overrated.

Horrible restaurant. They conduct themselves extremely unprofessionally with poor customer service. Their general manager is rude and unable to take responsibility for the store’s mistakes. On top of that, you will wait at least 20 minutes for a well below-average sandwich here. Snarf’s is right across the street and is a much better option.

This location screwed up an order for a wedding party last Sunday. The bride paid for two boxes of sandwiches and an assortment of chips. Due to it being, ya know, her WEDDING DAY, the bride sent the wedding planner to pick up the order who was given only one box of sandwiches. Once back at the venue, the bride noticed and immediately contacted Jimmy John's. The person who answered apologized and stated that they would have someone deliver the missed box immediately for us. 45 minutes passes and the bride receives a text message letting her know that they can't complete the order and will not even offer a refund, but a CREDIT to her account. The bride and a bridesmaid called upset due to the fact that they had already been told that Jimmy John's would deliver the missed box.
They refused to not only deliver the sandwiches, but also refused to give her a refund or any sort of comp to make right of THEIR error. We ended up having to send the wedding planner back down and due to it being Sunday and a Farmer's Market in town, she ended up being gone for almost TWO HOURS leaving the bride without her wedding planner for that entire period, just hours before the wedding. Said wedding planner did not make it back in time for anyone to even get to eat the second box of sandwiches because we had pictures and the ceremony starting. The groom/groomsmen did not eat and a pregnant bridesmaid even ended up almost passing out due to a drop in blood sugar. The box of sandwiches we did receive were mediocre at best, and really the only thing that 'saved' us were the premade bags of chips.
While I understand mistakes happen, Jimmy John's should have stepped up and done what they could to make this right. Telling us that they cannot offer refunds/comps for any part of the meal due to inventory purposes was inappropriate (and if I had to guess, false information). Furthermore, we should not have been told that they would make it right, to then have over 45 minutes pass and receive a measly text message stating that they couldn't make do on their promise and she would receive a credit to Jimmy John's...where's the customer service in that?

If I could give no stars I would 😞 I was part of a wedding and half the food was missing. Jimmy John’s would not refund the bride for food she paid for or deliver since the venue was out of range. It was a complete disaster. I’ve worked in the food industry so have an immense amount of empathy and compassion, but this was completely unacceptable and there was a total lack of accountability.
