Our sandwiches were made with a lot less ingredients from this store than the others we have been to. They forgot mayo on my sandwich but we were already on the highway to turn back around. They didn’t cut all 3 of our sandwiches in half per my request. I wouldn’t come back to this location.

I ordered a couple of sandwiches a medium drink was a delivery ? they call me back to tell me 30 min wait because they’re waiting on bread to be made during dinner time ??. I tell them to text or call when they arrive , No one did so, when I call to check the order the guy tells me I was the last order, while on the phone with him I look out my door to see my food placed on the hot ground ???I used to order here a lot but I’m going to just go somewhere else from here on out!! Spend way too much money here for the service to be so terrible ? how frustrating it was just waiting on bread to be made at dinner time !! No bread ?? good fast food is so hard to find nowadays ? where the robot’s at ?

The food is good but I don’t like this store. I order here every week (or try to) for the past year and I won’t be any longer. They close at 9 and I usually call between 8- 8 30 and they refuse to drive 3 min. They frequently don’t have a driver, and they forget drinks all the time. When they don’t want to deliver (basically at 8 30) they shut down the ability to order on the website. I was a manager and delivery driver for Jimmy Johns for 4 years. We always delivered up until closing time and we always had drivers. Once the store manager was driving because we were short. This location is just plain lazy.

We have always liked jimmy johns but the attitude of the person that took our order was rude and totally unfriendly. We got there at 8:10PM on a Friday night they close at 9. They had already put everything away and were doing the cleanup work we thought they were closing. He gave us the impression that we were intruding and annoying him. He was nothing but extremely rude and unfriendlyl. We spent $30 for sandwiches and were treated like dirt on his show. If I was the manager I would be appalled that my employees treat customers this way. I Don’t think that I will ever visit the Golden location again the one in Lakewood on Alameda, and the one at Belmar are both very nice and the employees are very friendly. Very very disappointed with this location and the employees. Even the guy that made the sandwich wasn’t friendly not as bad as the one that took the order but still doesn’t understand what customer service is.This is very unfortunate, because we are golden residence and like to patronize businesses in Golden. I would suggest that the manager give a hard look at their employees.
We waited almost 15 minutes in line just to order (and there were other people in the line in front of us waiting even longer). There was only one employee and she was busy on the phone trying to take a phone order for the following day. Personally, if it was me, I would’ve asked the person on the phone to hold for just a minute to take care of the people waiting in line. Especially since it was an order for the following day. Eventually, we got tired of waiting, and we walked out.

Just waited for 15 minutes trying to order. There was only 1 employee working and they were taking a 10-15 minute delayed phone order. Kept think they would finish and take our order, but no such luck. We walked out! This has happened a few times at this location.

Dietary restrictions: Allergic to eggs and peanut and nuts. Ordered a sandwich that didn't have mayo and yet they wanted to put it on there. No sign chips are cooked in peanut oil. Thanks for almost killing me
