This review is only for the play place! Our five year old loves coming here (especially in the winter) to run around and get some time with other kids. The play place is clean and well stocked with hand wipes for eating post playing.
The wifi is also great if you're looking to get some work done while your kids play.
The employee at the drive thru of the store was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to order. After I tried to make corrections to my order, he said he was “busy”. He then proceeded to tell me he was taking a picture of my tag and reporting me to the sheriff. I asked for a manager and he refused. This type of behavior from employees is inappropriate when I was just trying to order food. I’ve been to this store many times and experienced some kind of an issue every time I went through the drive thru but not this bad.

The service was horrible. There was absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Felt rushed too while ordering but they had no one else ordering. They messed up our order too.

Ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I believe it was under a heat lamp since yesterday. The biscuit was rock solid, the cheese and egg were cold. One tiny inch of bacon scrap. Had to look for it.

I love how these Colorado mountain McDonalds' look from the outside. Very pretty, plus there's a play place, but don't judge a book by its cover. The service was meh and the "hotcakes" were cold. No excuse for that. $5 McGriddle was small as well. Wish that the service and food in these beautiful McDonalds' lived up to how they look.

Food is as usual but one complaint is that they only serve pork items for the breakfast menu sandwiches. I don't eat pork and can only order a coffee till lunch. It's very disappointing that McDonald's doesn't adopt that option
