The service was horrible. There was absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Felt rushed too while ordering but they had no one else ordering. They messed up our order too.

Ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I believe it was under a heat lamp since yesterday. The biscuit was rock solid, the cheese and egg were cold. One tiny inch of bacon scrap. Had to look for it.

I love how these Colorado mountain McDonalds' look from the outside. Very pretty, plus there's a play place, but don't judge a book by its cover. The service was meh and the "hotcakes" were cold. No excuse for that. $5 McGriddle was small as well. Wish that the service and food in these beautiful McDonalds' lived up to how they look.

Food is as usual but one complaint is that they only serve pork items for the breakfast menu sandwiches. I don't eat pork and can only order a coffee till lunch. It's very disappointing that McDonald's doesn't adopt that option

My wife and I went inside and ordered at the kiosk. There was only one customer in the entire restaurant yet we couldn't find a clean table anywhere. So I decided to clean a table on my own. As I was cleaning the table a gentleman who was nicely dressed brought us our food. I said to him I am having to clean a table since there were no clean tables anywhere and maybe he or someone else should be working on that. He just laughed and walked away. Directly behind us was a large dining table which obviously had an employee taking her break at that table talking loudly on a phone call which was on speaker. Then other employees would wander over to the table and then get on their phones ignoring what needed to be done. I watched as a couple of large parties came in wanting to all sit together and looked toward that table maybe hoping the employee would give up the table. She just ignored them. For a McDonald's hoping to remain successful this is a bad way of doing it. Food was mediocre and coffee was warm. I've lived in Evergreen for thirty years and have enjoyed dining there occasionally. But today disappointed me and my wife for returning again.
