we accidentally came to this location thinking that our pick up order was here. the one that we were supposed to go to was way out of our way and Zeke was kind enough to remake our order at no charge since we were not able to make it to the other starbucks. super friendly and it made our day extra good. people who do simple things like this can change the entire day.
Loved it, when I was going through the drive thru and got my food and drinks the lady there was so nice I heard that she was new or something like that but she was so nice I sadly didn't catch her name but she was really nice and I loved her mood and really brought a smile to my face seeing someone happy

Once again, the person taking my order knows how to make my drink but the person that actually makes it, makes it wrong..... vanilla iced coffee with light cream..... even when I tell them I want CLASSIC syrup as well, they leave it out. Do you guys just like messing with people in the drive thru so they have to park and come inside? THIS HAPPENS AT ALL STARBUCKS STORES IN THE DENVER AREA.
