Such a mixed bag. Crew is super nice! Food is hit and miss. Always gip me on the fries, half-done and greasy half the time and only half full. Things missing in the orders half the time. If you special order something rather than just having you wait, they give it to you half done. Would rather wait a few minutes and have it right. In the a.m.'s they open up 45 minutes when you've ordered from the app and can't cancel. JJust not professionally run at all!
Food is fine but the play place is hardly ever clean. It used to be fairly clean but the past year or so it’s gone downhill significantly. The floor is sticky and feels like it hasn’t been mopped in a while. The family bathroom has also been locked the past few times we’ve stopped in to use the play place with our kid, and each time it’s been an employee on their break.
We’ve come here a lot for breakfast when commuting into the city, running errands or going to taekwondo. Always fun in the play place and everyone working is kind

The staff keeps the place clean inside and out, which is not common in most restaurants nowadays. A reliable and pleasant experience for a quick meal or a longer wait. Customers appreciate the friendly and fast service, often using the app to order ahead so their food is ready on arrival. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the play place is popular with families, especially in winter, as it is clean and well stocked with hand wipes. The wifi is also good for those who want to work while kids play. One downside noted is that breakfast sandwiches only include pork items, which can be disappointing for those who do not eat pork, as options are limited until lunch. Overall, it remains a dependable place for both quick bites and longer stays.
