I had an amazing experience at Outback thanks to my waitress, Faith! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. She got every detail of my order right, checked in at just the right times, and made great recommendations. Her positive energy and professionalism really stood out. Faith made my night! Born and raised Denverite here—my $80 birthday lunch at Outback on 8/6/25 was a mixed bag. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely hostess, and service was lightning-fast. My companion’s new “Chimi” steak plate ordered (medium-medium) was fantastic, but my Victoria’s Filet (ordered medium) arrived well-done, freezer-burn like taste and as dry as sand—looking gray and unappetizing.
