They are closed. I never had a chance to eat here. The location is becoming Salsas La Huacha, which was previously the taco truck up the road.
We really liked the food, but we've tried to go twice lately and it's been closed
The second time it said it was open, but when we arrived the lights were off and they were taking a siesta. :/
Would be great if they stayed open!
Kid-friendliness: It's great. The kid plates are good and our kids live the bean and cheese burritos.
They have coloring.
Finally tried this place. The only positive was the chicken taco I had. Young, female, dark haired bartender was never at the bar. There were less than 10 tables occupied. It took 15 minutes to get a margarita at one point. The blond haired manager was emptying bathroom garbage cans at 6:15pm instead of helping at the bar when the bartender was backed up with orders. Finally she did. The guy manager who was floating from the kitchen to the bar spent more time in the managers office (same with the blond haired manager). The service was slow and the margaritas were less than average. This place will be closed in a year.

Came for the first time today. Good food and service, taco Tuesday also applies to Sunday which was great. Only complaint is there are only two draft beers. Plenty of tequila options. Definitely recommend.

I got 2 fish tacos for $6 each and the fish was smaller than a womens pinky. Not worth my $$. The taste was ok, but mostly cabbage. There was no music but the game was on. Atmosphere was boring. I will not go back.

I'm probably being harsh, as the service was great and the place is gorgeous with a nice vibe... but the food just felt so.... thoughtless and kind of insulting to the legitimately excellent competition like Las Palmas and Salsa la Huacha. We got the $2 tacos, which were bland, dry, and boring. This sounds weird but the carnitas had the texture and taste of canned tuna. We also split chips and guacamole. There was a massive basket of chips and a tiny amount of guac, which is just weird and wasteful. It really feels like the ownership felt they could create a nice place and just mail it in on the food. Any ownership group or chef worth their salt would at least try their own product. If they did, it wouldn't be this far off the mark. Try harder!

Pancho & Jane is a wonderful taco Tuesday destination. The happy hour deal was nice but there wasn’t as large of a selection on drink deals as I would’ve hoped. The food itself was flavorful and properly cooked. However, it did feel as though some of the meats relied heavily on the sauces to give them their flavor, rather than cultivating it themselves. An exception was the lamb birria. The lamb birria was incredible, and as a birria fanatic I cannot recommend it enough. The queso and queso flameado were quite delicious. I did struggle a bit to decipher the intended ambiance, as the imagery and vibe didn’t match well with the early 2000s music, despite my being a Kesha stan. Overall, I plan on making this a regular casual Tuesday (and Sunday for the football and tacos deal!) destination, especially when with friends and family, as the price is not prohibitive and the food is flavorful and filling.

Wow, honestly just wanted to pop into a quick lunch spot while out in golden. Was truly blown away by how great the food was. The service was great, the atmosphere was great even though it was a slow day. I didn’t have a chance to try any of the tequila or mezcal as it was a work day but will definitely be taking the wife back to eat here again.
Parking: Very open parking behind the restaurant/apartment’s

We were in town for a red rocks concert and tried out Pancho & Jane’s. SOOO GOOD y’all! We got a variety of street tacos and they were delectable. Don’t miss the cocktails- also so good. Raven was a server and she was a delight.
