Late lunch. One soft chili relleno and one crispy. Delicious. Servers paid attention and refilled drinks promptly. Friendly atmosphere. Fairly quiet which lent to easy conversation. Would definitely go again.

We LOVE La Huacha! It never disappoints! Some of the best if not the best vegetarian cauliflower tacos I’ve had. Chili Rellenos with green chili are amazing! The kids menu is such a great deal and our kiddo loves it. Please please get to La Huacha! We want it to become a Golden Road staple for a long time!

This is a nice Mexican restaurant with really good food and a full bar. It’s built into the ground floor corner of a nice apartment complex, so it apparently only has street parking unless you live there. Parking wasn’t a problem for us on a weekend morning. The Chilaquiles and the Chili Negra were both excellent meals, and we dove into them before I remembered to take any pics. The green chili I had on the side was really good too. The service was fantastic and I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Golden.

We love La Huacha! We probably have dinner / drinks there once a week. The carne asada fries, the quesadilla, and the carne asada plate are our favorites. The margs could be a little bigger but the beer is cheap and the owner is almost always there putting in the hours which we respect!

I had the al pastor torta and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned pork, fresh toppings, and a soft, warm roll that tied it all together. The flavors were incredible and every bite had the right mix of savory, sweet, and a little spice. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!
