You need to train your employees to shake a green tea a shaken green tea that is actually shaken has a frothy top and whenever you tell them that this tea needs to be shaken not to say oh it’s been shaken I know good darn and well that that Tea has not been shaken
Was hoping to spend some time studying and ordered an iced plain black tea. When getting a refill 20 or so minutes later they said that they don't offer free refills at this location. Not paying $4 for a single cup of tea.
This is the most effective Starbucks in the state by far. These guys have close to 100% accuracy, and can serve a line of two dozen people in 5-10 minutes consistently, from getting in line to having your drink.

The Starbucks location is a pleasant space with general atmosphere and tons of seating options nearby. It is effective and can serve a line of two dozen people in 5-10 minutes, with close to 100% accuracy from getting in line to having your drink. The space is wheelchair accessibility, university building, and best code standards. Iced plain black tea is, but free refills not.
