We went for a drive thru this time as we were on our way to a park with timed entry. Ordering was really fast and easy with a great audio quality both way. The wait in the queue was a bit longer than expected but was not too bad given the time of the day. However I was surprised to see that they started preparing for my drinks only after I reached up to the counter and paid for it. I can understand the reason but considering the length of the queue I would expect a payment window followed by a pickup window like other busy drive-thru restaurants. Overall it was okay.

The employees working Sunday morning on 12/3/23 were absolutely amazing. Quick, kind, efficient and their customer service totally made my whole entire day. Maya was at the window and the lady who took my order was on top of it- even introduced me to their sriracha sauce for my breakfast. Food was hot and delicious and my peppermint mocha was made perfectly. Thank you!!

I go to the Starbucks almost every morning because I work at a daycare nearby and today I went during my lunch break, and the lady did not even acknowledge me in the drive-through when I got to the window , She gave me the wrong drink that I asked for the frozen lemonade not a big deal but she didn’t even acknowledge that either , was talking about my name Monica how it’s in fast and furious and then did not say thank you and just let me drive off made me very upset considering the amount of service the other employees give at this Starbucks, they are amazing and cheerful and very friendly, hope to have better service in the future
