Friendly staff who are always willing to help and make sure you get your order correct. They know the ins and outs of the menu and rewards program too and they always make sure I get whatever stars or discounts I should be getting.
The employees working Sunday morning on 12/3/23 were absolutely amazing. Quick, kind, efficient and their customer service totally made my whole entire day. Maya was at the window and the lady who took my order was on top of it- even introduced me to their sriracha sauce for my breakfast. Food was hot and delicious and my peppermint mocha was made perfectly. Thank you!!

We went for a drive thru this time as we were on our way to a park with timed entry. Ordering was really fast and easy with a great audio quality both way. The wait in the queue was a bit longer than expected but was not too bad given the time of the day. However I was surprised to see that they started preparing for my drinks only after I reached up to the counter and paid for it. I can understand the reason but considering the length of the queue I would expect a payment window...read full review
