I get customer service, but if you want to have a 30 minute conversation about your sister moving to Albania with people who don't even know what the Adriatic Sea is, could you do it inside instead of in the drive-thru?
Had a bit of a rough morning while traveling, so we decided to stop by for some coffee. While there, I went to pick up our coffees, the lid popped off one of them, & coffee spilled everywhere! I felt terrible. The employee who helped me was so kind & helpful. She even made me a new coffee. It made my day!
