Served three customers and made their food. With the meat they needed o make my online order with and my oder was put in 10 min before I arrived and I was inside the establishment before any of the three customers arrived and the whole time they were only focusing on in lobby orders and not on any online orders until I asked when my food would be done 15 minutes into my 30 minute lunch and the young lady told me she wish she knew that I had an online order because she wouldn't have used all the meat that she needed for my order on the customers that came in after I did and the older woman barked at me and told me that she doesn't get the order until 5 minutes after I placed it and I placed it 10 minutes before I came in so I don't know why she's yelling at me

Me and my friends decided to go in there to hang out and the older lady kicked us out and I asked to use the restroom while she yelled at my friends to get out and from what they said, she cussed at them.She told us we can only be there if we bought something even though we had lunch there.

You guys need to be true to your timings When you say you close at 9pm you need to be there till that time not just like you see people coming and off the open sign light . Disgusting staff would not recommend anyone coming to these location

This location is horribly understaffed. Every time Ive come in over the last year they've had one single person working the front of the store. This means that lines mover terribly slowly and you'll be waiting 20+ minutes if there are even 3 people in front of you.

Because they're understaffed, food prep doesn't get done and they're constantly out of basic ingredients. Last time I was in, I ordered 3 different sandwiches and they were out of ingredients for all 3. I ended up walking out.

Management needs to get serious about staffing. Currently, they're poor management choices negatively impact the customer experience.

The strawberry red head was to busy flirting with the short pony tailed security guard is making sandwiches. There was 3 people in line. When she was done with him, instead of taking care of the customers that have been waiting in line, her and the employee began making online orders. I walked in hungry and left hungry. Sorry but waiting 25 mins in line for a sub sandwich is ridiculous. Don't go unless you have alot time to kill.

I had the worst experience ever at Subway. There were two employees working, one named Chelsea, and the other, who appeared to be in her 60s or 70s, refused to tell me her name when I asked. I explained exactly how I wanted my sandwich made, but she wouldn't make it the way I requested. I've never had an issue at Subway before when asking for specific things on my sandwich, but this time, she refused to give me extra onions, claiming it wasn’t allowed. However, her coworker mentioned they could give extra if they wanted to. What upset me most was that she was nice to everyone else in the restaurant, and I felt singled out, as if I was being racially profiled. It seemed like I received different treatment solely because of my skin color.

Sooo Tyler was a great host! Full of energy, comical and just amazing! We haven’t enjoyed going anywhere lately cause everyone is so stuck up these days but this kid!! He deserves a raise and a better position where he can train people to enjoy their jobs and interact with the customers! Great job Tyler! Thank you for being you!!
