Multiple times I have had to skip my breakfast because this subway clearly doesn’t care about customers.
They are supposed to open at 8 AM. Fat chance if they even open by 9 AM because no lights on multiple times.
Very frustrating when you post the wrong hours for your business. I’ll be letting corporate know.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. The store is often out of things, which is frustrating, especially when you’re in the mood for something specific. Management definitely needs to step up the inventory game. One of my biggest issues is that there’s usually only one person working, and that means long lines, which isn’t ideal when you’re in a hurry.
On a positive note, they’ve recently started training new employees, and I’ve noticed the wait times have improved, which is a big plus. Geneva, the manager, is awesome – she’s fast, efficient, and always has great recommendations when they’re out of certain items. She really helps make the experience better. The employees are solid, but I think management needs to do more to improve staffing and inventory.
Overall, it’s a decent spot, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

This place regularly prioritizes side tasks over customers. Really needs address when multiple customers are waiting and the only worker is to busy in the back to help.

Bad service , Had a mobile order placed , waited for ever & then wanted to get charged for it again. They didnt have nothing of what i ordered had tochange my order !
Every time I go in here to actually get a sandwich the employees gone and it says be right back and they don't come back for like an hour
Every time we go there is something new tong almost. Been there during business hours where the gate was just closed. Went this evening and they had two people standing in the back and no white bread with quite a while till closing and they were making none. They have one amazing employee that will bend over backwards to help and the rest act like they could care less.
Honestly I can’t say that they have ever actually been open to make me a sandwich. Hours are posted but they are never open when they are supposed to be. What’s the point? Can’t we just shut this place down by not using it so maybe a business we actually want will take its place?

A great sub shop that always has friendly people working there. Have they taken convenience and being able to grab a bite especially I’m shopping with the kids.

The employees were not hospitable, if fact extremely rude. There was one 6” wheat in order to make a sandwich. How is it that a sandwich place doesn’t have bread.

This subway used to be a very pleasant restaurant, with small town friendliness. It has become quite cold and unwelcoming. There are much better subway stores downhill, where people are treated kindly.

My wife ordered roast beef sandwich with double meat and got to our car and did Not get double roast beef!When she took sandwich back the employee immediately got hateful.My 12 inch rotisserie chicken sandwich with double meat was so nasty and had chopped up bones and lots of skin.I could only eat less than half the sandwich before picking all the rest of the chicken off the bread and inserting my own bologna I had at home in the refrigerator. Terrible!Bread was old dried out and awful.But the oatmeal cookie was good!?
Pretty lame to have a coupon scanner and not take coupons. Dont come here,scammy people doing scammy things to get buisness.
