Up until recently, this was one of the best wendys I had been to. But today, I had to come back and update my old 5 star review because it has become clear that they don't care like they used to. This morning, I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, and it came out very dark. When I asked why it was so dark, they just said, "I dont know it just brewed that way, but its the vanilla." That coffee tasted absolutely horrible. The care for quality has gone downhill here.

This store is so greedy, they use the excuse that they are a franchise to change prices and not do whatliterally every other Wendy’s does for their customers bc it might cost tell a lil extra. They have no customer satisfaction and need new owners asap
