One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Got the pollo asada burrito and campechanos tacos with the flan de elote. Wish we ordered more, but the food we got was extremely filling and fulfilling. And the drinks were excellent. Plus, the chef was very welcoming and sweet. If you’re in the Golden/Denver/Boulder/Colorado/USA/earth neighborhood, you have to go here. Period.
This place is it. Nothing bad. Everything A+ 100 characters needed soooooooooooo goooooooooood They are closing in 15 minutes. I am coming back tomorrow. I’m so sad for the part of my life where I could not come here.

What a wonderful surprise this little bistro is. Not a bit of cheddar cheese food on the property. No gloppy dumps of rice, beans, and sauce. This is an original with flavorful sauces in just right serving sizes. This location doesn't give a hint of what lies inside. I had a bean burrito unlike any I have ever eaten. My husband's burrito al pastor was also stunning. The menu is limited, but everything on it is intriguing. The margaritas, special and delicious.
