Amazing staff so friendly, warm and authentic interior atmosphere, and extremely good food. One of those places you eat at and realize you’ve never had authentic Mexican food before. It will be hard to go back to American Mexican after eating here. Try the flan but forget everything you know about flan, this is 100x better.

Fresh, delicious Mexican, such nice owners, if you go on a warm day, get one of their incredible margarita's and sit out on the front porch. Awesome authentic and delicious dining experience in beautiful Golden. Have never had a bad meal here. LOVE it.Parking: easy to park and enjoy and grab take out. nicely located right off 58 to get going to Denver or the mountains.

Amazing Mexican food. Colorado needs more places like these. Prices were decent. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Busy too, would definitely recommend.
Visiting Golden for the weekend and decided to stop by. The food was good . Ordered take out . The only complaint I have is that they need to come up with a better plan for take out . No bags no cup holders. Spilled my drink all over my car and the sauce from the burrito spilled on my seat also . But will try again next time I’m out here .

I am in love with Xicamiti. Their barbacoa transported me to a time in my childhood where everything is perfect, cozy, and I have no worries hanging around me. If I could give Xicamiti a hundred or even a thousand stars I would. Don't sleep on this unassuming restaurant - it is by far the best place I've been to in ages, and I like to eat.
