The course was in good condition considering the dry spell. Fun and challenging course with several blind shots.

Enjoyed a lot. Beautiful. Great layout. Back and front are quite different. Staff very nice. Carts work well. Even with lots of wind, was awesome. Driving range included.

We were spending Fathers Day weekend at the lakes. I decided to take Thursday off and enjoy a round of golf, making it a 4 day weekend. Booked a late morning tee time at GEGC, first time playing the track. Welcoming staff members greeted me as I was dropping my clubs off in front of clubhouse/restaurant. While I checking in, the manager noticed I also had a recent birthday, 6 days prior. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when this gentleman offered me a birthday present at his expense. It was such a kind gesture and I will never forget it. Thank you…
The course was in good condition. It is early summer, hot conditions today and on the heels of a very dry winter. Thumbs up to the grounds crew keeping the course in order considering the warm, dry weather.
I will definitely recommend this course to friends and I will be back to play it again!
Once again, thanks to GEGC staff for a great day!
Well done

Great place to play golf and then sit in the deck.

The golf course was fantastic! Very much enjoyed my round. Afterwards my wife and I very much enjoyed hanging out at the bar. Mitch was amazing and took it as a challenge to provide the drink of your desire. Asked a few questions and provided a drink based on your answers. An excellent experience, Mitch was one of a kind, his team (Rudy at the bar counter) was phenomenal as well! If you are in Granby this is a must stop location.

Weather aside, this course was great! Everything was seamless in the pro shop and they had our cart ready to go for us right after we walked in.

We did see a lot of prairie dogs around their course, and they were digging a bunch of holes, but it didn’t have a huge impact on our game. Other than that, absolutely would play this course again!

Have played here several times over the last 3 years. It is target golf for a lot of the holes but it is a fair layout with opportunity to score. The greens and the pin positions will challenge you especially if the groundskeeper was in a bad mood. Overall a very delightful golf experience.

Good course with a few holes on the back that make you think. The people are what set this place apart from the rest around Granby. The people care about the course, the experience and their customers. From the moment you park you car they greet you with a cart and a smile.

Awesome experience at Grand Elk Golf Club! Our family made the trip from Kansas City to play in our annual family golf scramble. The clubhouse staff and attendants were A+ which made our experience that much better. The course was in great shape and offers various tee boxes for Junior and Senior golfers as well as all handicap levels. It’s a must-play course if you’re in the area.

If you find yourself in Granby, Colorado and get a chance to play golf, this place is amazing. Most of my pictures do not do it justice because it was slightly overcast the day I played, but that does not take away from the beauty, magnificent, and amazing layout, and condition that the course is in.

A nice alpine links-style course, very challenging with lots of water and grassy rough to lose balls in. Expected it to be more picturesque but found it to all look somewhat the same, set in an alpine meadow with the mountains fairly distant and hardly any trees on course. Gas golf carts and lower quality on-board GPS were a bit disappointing. Decent driving range but limited putting and chipping facilities. I also played Pole Creek GC on this trip, which is a beautiful course with great facilities for less cost, so I'd recommend it over Grand Elk, though this is also a nice golf course.

Enjoyed the course.

Absolutely, terrible experience. I booked tee times for 7 friends for my 40th birthday. We get to the course and get pushed to the back 9, with no directions on where to go. We were able to play 2 holes before the cart demanded we return to the clubhouse due to weather. Once we got back to the clubhouse we were issued rain checks, and not even for the full amount, of what we paid. As we were waiting to decide if we can go back out, we sat in the bar area, but then a server came by and said we had less than ten minutes, and we had to leave the bar. They hadn’t even allowed play to resume at that point. Ridiculous that we couldn’t play and we couldn’t wait in the clubhouse. I have a voucher for less than what I paid, but at this point not even sure I would want to come back. Rude staff and frankly wet and soggy course, even before the rain started. Not sure it is worth driving back to this course from Denver. If I could this would be a zero star review. Very dis appointing way to spend my 40th.
