We didn't plan to sit outside, but the noise level inside is sort of obnoxious. It's a shame because the food is so, so very delicious! The lighting outside isn't ideal, but we had a pleasant evening temperature-wise and service was very, very good. I had a Pinot Nior flight and the pours were decent and the wine was good. We shared a chilled soup (cucumber and peach) and it was quite tasty. A lovely charcuterie board that was excellent and their Wednesday flatiron steak special which was perfectly prepared and served with really good fries. We will go back when we know the weather is conducive to sitting outdoors or if they do something about the acoustics indoors.
626 is always the best. Angie is a great manager and an excellent server. Still my favorite!
Everything was first class, from start to finish! We ordered a buzzless concoction and a mangonada margarita - both superb. For dinner, we had the pasta primavera with duck and fish and chips. Both are divine. As great as the food and drink is, the service is even better. Angelina was our server - just, wow. Knowledgeable and a great guide but also so genuine. And a great advocate for the local area.
The kitchen was a little slow, but everything else was quite good. The outdoor seating was much quieter than the interior of the restaurant.
Just love going to 626. Everything about it makes it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
Great dining experience all the way around. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a great farm-to-table restaurant
The peach forward menu was absolutely wonderful!!! Girls night out was a blast with the BEST shared dinner!!!
I took my girlfriend there for a dinner early on Friday. We were there for happy hour and enjoyed some tasty treats from the happy hour menu. Interior was nice but slightly dated. Food was tasty, but overpriced.
It was a great pleasure to enjoy a nice evening at 626 on Rood. It was my friend, Cary's birthday and she requested that we do some celebrating there. Jamie was a great server and she pointed out several menu items that we might enjoy. We had a very nice time and the food was very tasty. Jamie also had a surprise with a special menu for Cary and she wrapped it with a flower as a keepsake of the evening. We both enjoyed the experience, and we plan to come back soon.
We came to 626 on Rood to celebrate my sister's bachelorette party and it was the perfect choice! They made it so special by printing a special menu for her, the service was outstanding and the food was so incredible! Lots of cocktail and mocktail options which was perfect for our group! I truly cannot express how wonderful the entire experience was! Highly recommend!!!

Won't go back. Wait staff very friendly but food left a lot to be desired for the price point.
Everything beautifully presented! Chef is not a “cook” ... The tastes were amazing...as was the service. $6.00 for a little bread was unexpected. We will return for sure!!! We had fresh corn soup; Chilean sea bass (best ever had) and special raspberry crème brûlée.
Overall, an excellent experience. We were greeted by more than one staff member as soon as we entered the restaurant and and they wished my daughter a Happy Birthday. They immediately sat us at our table. The environment was quiet and quaint. The waiter was young, but very professional. - He made recommendations, was friendly and came back several times to check on our food and our experience. The food portions were small and more expensive than most places I frequent, but the entrees were delicious.
Wonderful dining experience for our anniversary. Prix fixe menu for restaurant week was exquisite.
Excellent all around, as always. Always go to 626 on Rood every time we're in Grand Junction.
