The shake I got was fire. Atmosphere dirty, workers impolite, as I saw one yelling at a person ordering one day. Recommend the one in Montrose more.

Went all they to Montrose and ate at the A&W over there and food was good and service was excellent. Had the chilli cheese fry’s and a soda and I’ll tell you just like old time’s sense they closed the one in Grand Junction.

I had a root beer freeze and chicken strips and the girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the back made sure I had everything I needed when my food came out. Also witnessed them helping a gentleman out who had dropped his lunch! The group who was here today at lunch made a great team!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I would never eat here again. I was faced with cold food, and a hair in my burger. This faces a ton of issues within their facility. And even the lady i spoke to at the counter (katie?) Was completely rude and ignorant.

We ordered 2 cod combos 2 pieces. I wanted milk rather than soft drink. Was charged $3.89 for a 7 oz kid milk. When asked for a soft drink cup as felt like we were charged for a soft drink with the combo and a milk. Refused to listen to my reasoning. Just kept repeating I don’t make the rules. You agreed to pay an up charge. Never did I think it would be this expensive. $29.19 for 2 cod combo meals and one kid milk. Just traveling so doubt I will come back here. Plan to avoid A&W in the future.

0 stars. NEVER AGAIN. $31 for two Jr meals?!? We asked for everything on our tiny burgers and got ketchup, mustard & pickles. Seriously? My drink was so small, I think I got 3 slurps out of it. I forsee this joint closing down SOON. What a joke!

It took 25 minutes to get a hot dog combo the kitchen staff all have beards but not a single one of the staff was wearing a beard guard so the food is not protected from hair falling into the customers food.I Think the health department should come and inspect them and hold them accountable according to Colorado state law.
