No one at the counter both employees were in the back not checking for customers. We raised our voices to get attention. Finally they came out laughing they weren't concerned about anything but talking on the phone. Both were very rude and unwilling to help us.

Went tonight to the North Ave location. the lobby is flooded with about 1/2 inch water throughout, nobody cleaning up just wet floor signs. The place looks filthy. We were only ones there & waited 15 mins & were never acknowledged. We left & drove to Hwy 6&50 location, were promptly greeted, waited on & served.
This is ongoing problem with North Ave location. We won't be back. Will drive further for good service! (Any service actually)

The women there are great!
The man and curly haired kid are the rudest employees I've ever seen. I watched an interaction with a customer that was ridiculous. QA team get in them!

Went to Arby's yesterday. The fries were old and chewy, and the roast beef tasted terrible. I couldn't even eat the sandwich, it tasted as if the roast beef had sat out and soured. I will no longer be eating at this location.

They didn't have my food ready, no other cars in drive thru and they asked me to park in their waiting spot. When I asked why, it's hot out and shared here, there's no other cars in line. She said there is a timer on how long the vehicle is at the window and I needed to park to wait. IMO, that's falsifying your metrics. Not a single car came thru before I received my food.
