Awful location. I’ve tried to come multiple times because I like the food but every time there is an issue. The mobile orders are never ready and take long waits, employees don’t pay any attention to mobile orders. Most recent visit the dinning room was locked, no signs on the doors to explain or direct, so had to wait in a huge drive through line to pick up mobile order.

I usually like going in but today a girl with pink hair was running around being rude to other employees and the atmosphere seemed super stressed and not where I wanted to be. It also took forever for me to get my food as well.

Took 45 min to get my food and my ice in my soda was already melted when i got it food was warm at least
Not a great day so I decided to grab an order of Arby's hot fries at the drive through. The server at the window was pleasant so I gave her a $5.00 tip. As I pulled in to traffic and reached in to the bag, I felt cold (yes, cold) fries. I reached toward the bottom of the large carton... nope, they were all cold. And chewy. Cold chewy fries. The 1/2 pound roast beef I got for my husband was also cold (I microwaved it). Fast food establishments know how to serve fries. They understand how to serve food hot. They know this is unacceptable. This has been my second time in a row (it's been a couple months) of stopping here, and both of those times, fries were obscenely stale. Arby's, you can do better! (but I won't stop here again)
