I should give 0 or negative because I order thought auntie ann’s reward application for regular size of cinnamon sugar nuggets my order number is 38476026031947776 at 5:06pm. Once I pick up, staff said we only have small size then I ask staff what I can do? You want to cancel my order and I can order new one? She said I don’t know. I ask her to mix other kind until regular size but she said she never know how to deal with this. She said she will call or ask manager but manger think I am a doordash but I ain’t. I ask her again to cancel my order but she said I have to call the customer service. I call the customer but….. out of service time. Your food is okay but service is very bad. Like never training the staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visiting from out of state, I stopped at Auntie Anne’s for some pretzels. The lady at the counter was so nice and friendly and let us know she had just started. That was no problem at all—we told her to take her time, and she did a great job! Five stars for the new lady for sure.

Sorry, but you can really tell that everything is premade then shipped to the location. I've had multiple times where the bites are hollow. The cheese isn't cheesing.
We've ordered twice from this location and both times our food has been burnt. All three of our items were burnt, which is kind of crazy. They really need to work on the oven temperature. We might try again in a couple of months, if they're still around.
