Two Rivers Tavern GJ

I used to go here daily and chill with my friends. I don't drink, so I buy a non alcoholic beverage occasionally, and I usually ride my electric skateboard there. One day, I needed to plug my board in to charge, so I put my board where everyone parks their bikes because there was an outlet right there, and I plugged it in . But a tall, lanky guy with a beard who works there got his panties in a wad about it, and apparently, so did the owner even though it wasn't bothering anyone and out of the way. They were extremely rude and told me I didn't pay for electricity even though I was a paying customer. Very childish behavior and I lost alot of respect for these people. So fair warning don't ask to use their outlets . They will get all huffy puffy and rude about it .

Chris and Tina run the best bar downtown Grand Junction. The vibe is perfect and the pool tables are immaculate!! Try the Jell-O shots!!

I worked at this bar for over 25 months. Tina (the owner) owes myself and many other former employees multiple pay periods worth of hourly wages and tips. She refuses to pay us months after we all quit and continues to operate this business with absolutely no regard to any of her debt to prior staff’s rightly/legally owed pay. Every decent employee she has had has quit. The ship is sinking and she has shown zero integrity or honesty in compensating the people that kept this bar afloat. I’m still waiting on my last check, tips from my last two shifts, my last pay period worked, and missing pay periods I was not paid for dating back to at least August, 2023. She has my address and could have sent them at any time but refuses to. Shame on her!

It's unfortunate that they only had one bartender when I was there, even on a busy night. The long wait and lack of beers on tap made leave to another nearby bar. Drinks seemed pricey for a dive type bar.

the owner is absolutely terrible. she's nasty every single time I have seen her. the drinks are tiny portioned. worst bar in Grand junction.

I was told last week that they don’t do any specialty drinks when it seems like they’ve got an entire bar’s worth of liquor. For reference, all I asked them for was a whisky sour. Am I missing something here?

Who would've of known John Baron was a more charismatic and less abusive owner of a bar? Lady really went above and beyond to be a larger douchebag. I paid for the entire bottle in 3 half poured twice the price shots. I hope she got laid by trying to impress the guy she was giving free booze, it would've been cheaper to buy a bottle not run a business into the ground. Come here if you like the vibe of an inner city bus station but with lesser quality drugs but at higher prices.
