Excellent service & atmosphere. (I wish I remembered our server’s name because she was A+) Appetizers, desserts & drinks were great. Our only complaint is with the entrees. 3 in our party had the halibut and all said it had little taste. I had the duck and it was just ok. I worked at a place called the Warren Duck Club so I know what excellent duck tastes like. Another guest had the burger and said it was just OK.. Our bill was $650+ for 9 people and it was our family Christmas dinner so unfortunately it was somewhat disappointing. We’ll give it another try but won’t order those entrees.

Elevation ham pizza with epazote was a delicious snapshot of the southwest with a seemingly Neapolitan style inspired dough.

During my road trip to LA I stopped in grand junction for an overnight and randomly stumbled on this place. I did not reserve and was dressed in a trainer but gave it a try. They happily accepted us and told that the place was full but at the bar there was full service. I was happy to hear that so I went for the full service! Main dish I had bison steak. Cuisson was great, meat quality was great, soft and not dry. Melting in the mouth. Very tasty dish, although I was missing a side dish on that but that might be a cultural thing. As a dessert I took a pie… wonderful and tasty. I would have give 4,5 but the app doesn’t allow me so 4/4 which is still a great score ! Thanks for the food and great service. I recommend this place

Bin 707 offers a wonderful dining experience in many ways. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, with a great balance of sophistication and comfort. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating an inviting space. The service was also top-notch—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without being intrusive.

One standout feature was the drink menu. The cocktails were expertly crafted with high-quality ingredients, and the wine selection was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes. Each drink felt thoughtfully designed to complement the meal and elevate the overall experience.

That said, there were a few areas that left me wanting. While the presentation of the food was beautiful, the portion sizes felt small given the price point. Some elements on the plate seemed more like decorative flourishes than meaningful parts of the dish, which made the overall experience feel less substantial than expected.

Bin 707 clearly excels in ambiance, hospitality, and its drink offerings, but a bit more attention to the balance of value and plate composition would elevate it even further. I’d still recommend it for a special occasion or for those seeking a refined experience, but with the caveat of knowing what to expect.

My friend and I were celebrating some things over dinner. She ordered the halibut, and I ordered the lamb. The flavors were incredible and the lamb was juicy and tender. Our waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and answered all of our questions. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the volume of the music playing, it made it difficult to hear my friend.

This restaurant would do well in Denver and even NY! It was surprising to find such a high level of polished service and excellent food in a place the size of Grand Junction. The presentation and the excellent food was complimented by just the right buzz that screamed success!

New location. Music so loud you have to speak up to converse, then the people seated next to you can hear every word, and vice versa. Charcuterie board is off the menu. Drinks are small and $15 apiece. The fries aioli so salty you gag. Stupid prices. That was our last trip to the Bin.

Another wonderful meal. Beautiful, soothing atmosphere. We felt welcomed. Our server, Elisa, is sincere and kind. Next time, we’ll order desert if coffee is added to their beverage list 🙏

Contemporary, forward thinking and warm. If you are looking for a classic burger or wings this isn't for you.

It's a meld of flavors, personality and ambiance. Servers, bartenders and presentation was top rate.

I've been to a few places in junction, and everything pales in comparison to here. Again, a bit more of a fine dining spin, but the flavors and atmosphere are top notch. Will definitely be a mainstay for me moving forward
