There refused a service animal. Hope they close as soon as possible. This is 2025 and that is simply embarrassing. Wish I could give a zero.

We would love to go to Bin more often, but the experience is hit or miss. We either have great service and food, or are completely ignored and have questionable food. The same dishes shouldn't change so drastically from week to week. The bar service shouldn't be dependent on whether the bartender is flirting with their partner that waits tables, instead of bar tending. We sometimes came in more than once a week and just got tired of being burned. Before the move the menu changed more frequently and the service was more predictable. Resting on laurels.
The place was comfortable, service was nice. Unfortunately it was to loud to really hear the wait staff as they explained about the food. The halibut was....halibut. it wasn't bad, but for 45$ it was severely lacking in pizzazz and taste. It was simply halibut in a cream sauce, not worth the $45. If I went again I'd do the duck or the pork chops those met the expectations based on cost, but even the ribeye was just a ribeye, nothing mak8ng it worth the extra cost.
We had a party of 10, and the waiter refused to separate the ticket. I understand 20% gratuity on big parties & I understand it's 2025, and most restaurants can separate checks. It was more of hassle when it came to pay than what it was worth. I don't recommend big parties go to this restaurant.
No question, the best restaurant in Grand Junction... been here 8 times now, never disappoints. Love the elk tartare, Bison steak, duck confit, burger and their key lime pie! Madeleine, Audri, Tavia and Jeremy are amazing, give them a raise! 🧡🤍❤️
We did not have a reservation, and grabbed a seat at the bar. We had pizza, salad, beet root tatar and some meat. All dishes were nicely presented and the food quality was great. In addition, we met some locals and got additional tips for the region. A bar seat always has some surprises available.
We had a one night atop over in Grand Junction and were so lucky to stop into Bin 707 for dinner. Fabulous food! I wish we had been hungrier when we arrived! We had the hushpuppies, slab salad, and calabrese pizza. All were amazing.
Great menu and portions. The service was spectacular as well. The cocktails were also better than expected. I will 100% go back my next time in Grand Junction
Overhyped and overpriced. It’s the epitome of millenial burger restaurant. Overcomplicated recipes that don’t amaze you like they’re trying to. Music and decor is nice though
Excellent service & atmosphere. (I wish I remembered our server’s name because she was A+) Appetizers, desserts & drinks were great. Our only complaint is with the entrees. 3 in our party had the halibut and all said it had little taste. I had the duck and it was just ok. I worked at a place called the Warren Duck Club so I know what excellent duck tastes like. Another guest had the burger and said it was just OK.. Our bill was $650+ for 9 people and it was our family Christmas dinner so unfortunately it was somewhat disappointing. We’ll give it another try but won’t order those entrees.

Elevation ham pizza with epazote was a delicious snapshot of the southwest with a seemingly Neapolitan style inspired dough.

During my road trip to LA I stopped in grand junction for an overnight and randomly stumbled on this place. I did not reserve and was dressed in a trainer but gave it a try. They happily accepted us and told that the place was full but at the bar there was full service. I was happy to hear that so I went for the full service! Main dish I had bison steak. Cuisson was great, meat quality was great, soft and not dry. Melting in the mouth. Very tasty dish, although I was missing a side dish on that but that might be a cultural thing. As a dessert I took a pie… wonderful and tasty. I would have give 4,5 but the app doesn’t allow me so 4/4 which is still a great score ! Thanks for the food and great service. I recommend this place

Bin 707 offers a wonderful dining experience in many ways. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, with a great balance of sophistication and comfort. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating an inviting space. The service was also top-notch—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without being intrusive.
One standout feature was the drink menu. The cocktails were expertly crafted with high-quality ingredients, and the wine selection was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes. Each drink felt thoughtfully designed to complement the meal and elevate the overall experience.
That said, there were a few areas that left me wanting. While the presentation of the food was beautiful, the portion sizes felt small given the price point. Some elements on the plate seemed more like decorative flourishes than meaningful parts of the dish, which made the overall experience feel less substantial than expected.
Bin 707 clearly excels in ambiance, hospitality, and its drink offerings, but a bit more attention to the balance of value and plate composition would elevate it even further. I’d still recommend it for a special occasion or for those seeking a refined experience, but with the caveat of knowing what to expect.
