Delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly service. I had the Lamb and fully cleaned my plate. The Pork Chop and Halibut were hit at our table as well. The margaritas and pretty yummy too

Absolutely amazing experience! I am from Atlanta and was not expecting to find such a gem here. The mussels and sunchoke hush puppies were both amazing starters! Also got three different pizzas and every single one was unique and amazing. Had pie and icecream for dessert which was also superb. Unique flavors done incredibly well!!

The staff was great! Super friendly and welcoming. Vibes were high. The space is lovely, which makes it a comfortable place to sit and think about what the food might have been.

The kitchen is clearly talented, but the meal felt like a song where every musician is soloing at once. The tartare was effectively turned into a hollandaise delivery system. The elk filet tried to do so many things at once that none of them really stuck. Even the cheese pizza arrived so dominated by blue cheese that one wondered whether the chef has a friend who sells it and is doing quite well. The duck was a confusing attempt at proving technical range, as it arrived fully cooked through and lacked any flavor which could have made it interesting.

It raises some honest questions: what is meant to be the star of each dish? What happens if one element is removed? Does the dish get louder or finally make sense?

The name “Bin 707 Foodbar” feels unintentionally honest. Much like Abu’s Dream Café on Seinfeld, full of ideas and good intentions, but so crowded with concepts that you’re left wondering what the place was supposed to be in the first place.

Bin 707 unfortunately has gone significantly downhill. As a loyal patron for the last 15 years, the quality and expectation has changed with the trendy decor. The halibut, a hallmark of the traditional menu, was worse than hospital food. Flavors of dill, garlic, and radish were not present as exhibited by the menu and service staff. The lamb tenderloin’s saving grace was the lamb. The sauce and accoutrements added no flavor to the dish. When discussed with the staff, a portion of the comments were focused on how elements of the meal, coming from the local area, were out of season. Why would a chef choose to add ingredients to a meal that are out of season? Cooking food out of season shows a negligence of the chef to cook to the environment and complexity of flavor profile that could be attained. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Bin is my favorite restaurant in grand junction, this was my first time visiting them at their new location which is a very nice space, feels very modern. Best food in gj, easily. Zack took great care of us along w the entire staff - attentive, helpful, friendly and fun - what more can we ask for. The halibut entree was great d so was the lamb. The mussel appetizer is not to be missed. Next time I go, I will try one of their pizzas (new addition from the new locations kitchen). If you are in gj seeking a proper dining experience and some really amazing food, do not skip bin707 foodbar!
