It’s worth going to Grand Junction, CO just to eat at Bin 707. My dinner was so good I seriously thought about staying another day to taste more of the menu. The couple next to me had been there twice in one week, and as I enjoyed my Bibb Lettuce Salad and Albondigas Pizza I understood why. Unusual flavor profiles that feature local, in season produce, an intriguing cocktail menu, great decor and an authentically friendly staff. The bartender, Felipe, gave me great recommendations and I’m already looking forward to having the remainder of my Elephant Plum Cobbler for breakfast.

Ok so the reason my review is middle of the road is because I came here twice in the same weekend. First experience was great, second not as much.
The first night I got the halibut, blistered peppers, contact orange wine, and the pineapple sour cocktail. All were really good! I sat on the patio which was nice.
The next night I came in to get a burger to go. It was really nice of them to accommodate me because technically they had just closed a few minutes prior. They asked if I wanted a pickle with the burger and I said yes. When I got home there was no pickle. I also wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked but it was marked as medium. It was a little pink for me, usually with burgers I get a medium-well. I was super sick and was throwing up all night. It just didn't sit well in my stomach. $20 for a burger I expected better I guess. I loved the truffle flavor though and the fries were tasty. All staff I interacted with were nice.

I went in expecting more since they just got a shout out nationally. I found the bar lacking choices of alcohol. I am gluten-free and they did not have a gluten-free free vodka. Ps distilled doesn't equal gluten-free as i let the bar tender know. The mocktail i tried was fabulous. I had the duck and it was cooked perfect but the dish as a whole was just mid. The peaches were not ripe.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was great. The atmosphere and decor was inviting and comfortable. The drinks were fantastic. I recommend the Hijos del Sol cocktail. Our elk tartar appetizer was lovely and a great start to the meal. I had the Ribeye and my girlfriend had the Halibut and we were both very pleased with the flavor and presentation of our meals. We finished with the plum cobbler with sweet corn ice cream and loved every bite. Our server (I wish I could remember his name, he was great, was wearing pink framed glasses) paced our meal perfectly so we could enjoy the evening and not feel rushed. Definitely one of my favorite dining experiences. %100 will be back.

Food was delicious. The portions were healthy and shareable. The elk tare tare knocked us of our feet. Cocktails were well crafted. It was fun trying west coast wine as Well. Amber and Madison at the bar are rockstars. Thanks for a wonderful dinner y’all!

We were asked by the chef himself to remove our phone from the bookshelf that was next to our small table for four. The chef was extremely rude and told us that those were his bookshelves to display cookbooks and flowers, and nothing else was to be set on them. The only reason we did that is because the table that they put us at should’ve been a table for two instead of four. Food was extremely overpriced and not that good. Nobody really enjoyed their meal or experience after we were scolded by the chef. Probably the most pretentious place I’ve ever had a meal. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to eat.

What a let down. Overcharging for mediocrity. Too loud, bartender seemed bothered by our presence. Waited 35 minutes for over-hyped burger. $15 + 20% “service fee” for average flavor on a soggy bun.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love coming to Bin! All of the food I have tried is delicious, and the service is always top notch.
They have a very good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails that we enjoy, the Fizz and Sage Sour are highly reccomended!
I usually get the bin burger with fries and it is phenomenal! The burger is always perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I would go as far as to say that it is the best burger in town. The fries that come with it are also, easily, the best in town.

Been here twice in 3 weeks and don’t live anywhere near here. Randomly came here 3 weeks ago and had an amazing meal, service and all around experience. We were driving this way and purposely stopped here so we could eat here again, did not disappoint.
Any complaints about price are just ignorant and no matter the price the food and experience will never be appreciated. The wine selections are great as well, found some new favorites.

There refused a service animal. Hope they close as soon as possible. This is 2025 and that is simply embarrassing. Wish I could give a zero.
