During my road trip to LA I stopped in grand junction for an overnight and randomly stumbled on this place. I did not reserve and was dressed in a trainer but gave it a try. Bin 707 offers a wonderful dining experience in many ways. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, with a great balance of sophistication and comfort.
