The bison meat loaf is amazing!! Creamy with mushrooms and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, some sautéed veggies that were delicious. Excellent drink menu and selection of desserts. This is a perfect place to unwind and relax when staying at the hotel.

Kind of awkward. We stood at the host stand for about 4 minutes before being acknowledged. The food was acceptable. Our waitress, had a great caboose on her and she was flirty. I left a $50 tip with my number but she never called.

We're local and recently heard Bistro 743 was pretty good. It is! Even their desserts are great. We got ours to go. We were surprised at the detailed attention to a desert that was to go... they do a great job. Service was exceptional.
Parking is free. Nice location
