The food was medicore. My husband got the Tomahawk steak that was bland and way undercooked. He asked for medium and the steak was rare. Raw by the bone. The server asked him to cut into it to make sure it was cooked right and then walked away before he did. My seafood shells we ok. They must have sat in the window too long because some of the pasta was hard. The shrimp were way overcooked. If it wasn't so expensive or the steak wouldn't have been semi cooked correctly, it would be an ok meal. If you're going to have a $100.00 dollar cut of meat on the menu, make sure your staff knows how to cook and season it.

Went on a Saturday night and it was a full house. My daughter and I were on a college tour and she was craving steak. We sit down and I look at the table next to us, across from us and I can't believe my eyes! This woman has a baby deer in a baby carrier at her table exclamation. I tell my daughter," Give me a second. I have to ask this lady if I can pet her baby deer." My daughter rolls her eyes and says,"Mom, you're so embarrassing." I approach the table and asked the woman if I can pet her baby deer. She stands up and comes over to me. The deer strapped to her body like a human infant. She tells me "Sure, her name is Katie. And she's not a baby deer, she is a kangaroo, properly called a Joey." Okay"....well I'm a little stunned to put it mildly. I say loudly a,"kangaroo!!" Everybody still continues to eat their steak in the restaurant like this baby kangaroo on this woman is totally normal. I didn't even know kangaroos were in America. Apparently, they're breeding them in Nebraska. Okay let's get back to the blade and bone. The steaks were pretty good, I don't think I ordered the right side dish The potatoes augratin were boiling hot in the ramekin. Pretty standard... not my favorite because you have to wait to try them. I liked the atmosphere at the restaurant, especially because they allowed the kangaroo. Who knew?! I thought you had to go to outback steakhouse for this!

I feel very let down. Greeted and seated promptly, got our drinks right away, food came quick too. My prime rib sandwich was predominantly lesser cuts of prime rib and grissle, even had to spit out one bite, the waitress walked up at just this time and actually gave me a napkin to spit it out, the sandwich had almost so much cheese that it was hard to taste anything but the cheese. My Wife had the salmon, it was a very pale farm raised salmon that was smothered in a very sugary glaze that made the salmon hard to taste. Fries were dry. Very strange that my server didn't care that I could not eat part of my meal , but was willing to take away the inedible parts. Poor quality food, smothered in disguising sauses to make up for the lack of quality.

Great experience for our first time here. We had such a short wait time but for lack of communication with the wait staff, we were taken care of. Staff is absolutely amazing! Food is absolutely amazing! Definitely a place we will make a staple each year we come.
First off great service, well trained staff and super friendly.
Food was mediocre at best would not recommend this place off of food.
Atmosphere is awful, the worst place I have had dinner at in a very long time. It’s so loud I was unable to have any sort of conversation in this place. The sound reverberates off of all of the hard walls and ceilings which makes it uncomfortable to sit in. The room is very open and it feels like I am in a cafeteria.

Wow. This place is absolutely amazing! Background needs to be set for my experience. I'm the granddaughter of a chef who had her own 5 star restaurant; we had regulars including governors, politicians, radio hosts and others that travelled from over 90 minutes away. That's how and where I grew up. (Meaning my industry standard bar is already at skyscraper level) I also travel a lot and eat out a lot as a lifestyle. So, I never send food back. We are out of staters and this was our last meal in this beautiful state for this trip. It was a very special occasion, so multiple tomahawks were ordered. One was perfect, one was not. The outstanding waitress Abby INSISTED we check the final temps by cutting into the steaks before she left us to enjoy the meal. Noting the reaction, she made sure another one came out as ordered. When it did, it was either the most, or one of the most amazing steaks I have ever had in my lifetime. Steak eater by nature, this was my 3rd tomahawk in my life. The food was amazing, I loved the atmosphere, and Abby is a waitress I will never forget. I actually feel bad for most other waitresses after she set a new bar. I will forever come here every time I visit this part of Colorado. Abby, you are absolutely amazing and I wish all the success in the world.
Decided to give them another chance. 18oz bone in ribeye was good, a little tough but cooked right. Had more flavor this time. The wedge salad was really good. The service was perfect. Ill have to try the pork chop next time
