Oh my goodness this place is amazing the food is amazing the best hamburger place in town! Andrew Pirtz took our order he pick out my meal because this was my first time eating here! He walked us through the entire thing explain the different burgers that they have here he was very polite and truly had the best customer service I have ever seen in Grand Junction. He was phenomenal we well definitely be coming back here in the future thank you Andrew for making our experience here phenomenal!

This used to be my favorite place for breakfast. Today my husband had to wait 15 minutes because thier grill was down. He got home and his toasted cheese was not even toasted and my bacon biscuit was sausage.

Went to the drive thru 12/7/24. It took 10 plus minutes with one car ahead of me. When I got to the window the worker asked if I had an order I wasnt in the mood to deal with stupid so I left and went to McDonald’s. Congrats you converted a 5 star review to a one star review.
I remember when a person preparing your food did so with the utmost care. I went to carl jr today and the first thing i noticed was the fries taste. It tasted like it was fried in old oil. The bacon western cheeseburger bun was as flat as a piece of cardboard. The onion rings were soggy. I will not eat here again. My God man your only job is to make decent quality food for your customers. I don't think you are succeeding.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes everything is exactly how you'd expect it to be, other times it's like today.
I went in, ordered my usual meal, and the woman had my order ready before I had even paid. Go figure the fries were cold, the bun was kinda soggy, and the burger was cold. Look...I understand that you're "reducing drive times" by having food ready in advance. But come on man...can you at least PRETEND it's fresh by keeping it warm? I understand it's fast-food and the bar is already set really low...but it was a manager handing the food out. Like you should know better than that if you're getting paid more to know better. It's just very disappointing. It's already a bad choice to eat unhealthy food...but then to add insult to injury the food sucks? Do better.
