To say my 9yr old sister LOVES Carl’s Jr. is an understatement. This location was a big disappointment though, to the point she herself wanted me to write a review. It was a late night drive through kind of day, completely empty, and we only ordered two items. A big Carl for herself and waffle fries for me. Her burger was severely overcooked and burnt, she couldn’t begin to eat it without picking it apart. As for the waffle fries, they only come in one size equivalent to a Med/Large box and what we were served wouldn’t have filled a Small. Given that these were the only items we ordered and that we were the only people there, it was simply unsatisfactory.

Thin, dry, overcooked burgers. The cheese is small and thin also. We often stop here on our way to Utah. Every time it is disappointing. My son who loves burgers wouldn’t even eat his burger last time, he said it was burnt. The chicken is slightly better, but resembles school lunch. I’m not sure if Carl’s Jr. has gone downhill or if it is just this location. The food you are handing out looks nothing like the pictures on the menu. I’m not a huge fan of fast food, but this is probably one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had.

When I first walked in at 10:30 I was a little discouraged. One of the workers told me it was going to be 10-15 minutes before they could take my order. I kept hearing workers say they weren’t taking any orders again after a worker asked if I had been helped. The manager on duty asked me what I wanted so he could start making it until the other worker finished the drawer exchange which I didn’t know that’s what it was. By the time I paid my order was done and halfway done before I even paid. Great staff and great energy. Thanks again.

They were working so hard when we came in. A bus of people placed an order and they knocked it out while still providing great customer service. We had to wait but not long and they comped us 2 cookies. Our food was perfect. No complaints at all, this team can handle the pressure.

I had a great experience food was fresh ever bite was delicious it was a bit of a wait but there was a few guest ahead of me. Also I'm sure it was a bit of a wait because the food was being made fresh you can tell right of the first bite it was delicious looking forward to coming to this location next time I have to reset OUTSTANDING job crew

Food is always hot, tasty, and fast to receive. Staff is even better and amazingly friendly. It’s at a gas station so atmosphere is as good as it could be. Best place to stop for gas and food all in one spot.
