It's a minor inconvenience to most when your hours aren't accurate. But to truck drivers that regularly drive 600+ miles per day and have up plan our route precisely, not knowing your true hours can make for nights where we end up not getting a halfway decent meal. Do better.

Website keeps saying its 24hrs. It is not, they are 6:30 am to 12am but have been for a long time but website keeps saying 24 hrs. Very frustrating. To get here and see a note on the door about times??

The shift leads at this place are extremely rude for no reason. They acted like we were an annoyance even though we were extremely respectful. But at the end, I don’t care to be nice to rude people. Specifically the girl in pink clear glasses. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our family ate here for the last time. Tried it twice and both times a family member has fallen ill. They leave their burgers out too long. Burgers with a lot of sauce are mushy and patties are dried out. Both sicknesses have been from the chicken. Never again. The worst Carl's Jr I have ever encountered.

My burger was cold even though I watched the cook make it. It makes me think they pre cook their burgers and have them waiting to be made. It was seriously cold! Yuck!

Staff was shorthanded but honest and pleasant about it. We didn't mind waiting as they Made our food freshly when we ordered, nothing sitting under a warmer. The milkshake was super too. Food service ppl don't get enough money or gratitude, I hope their manager is awesome bc they deserve recognition. 8-18-25 at 2pm ish
