Most of the bad that can be said about this place is the entitled customer base, i.e. the Colorado Mesa University students. In which unreasonable standards are set to feed their athletic lifestyle and they are pampered by the faculty of the university. A complaints filed against staff always favors the students, even if it was as miniscule as not receiving an extra portion when we were running out of a meal in high demand. Take it from an ex-employee, these kids expect to much from a kitchen already stretched beyond its originally built capacity.“

Chef Steff made the planning, on short notice, quick and easy with a professional sensitivity to our needs at a difficult time. So caring and genuine. They set everything up and even gave us to go containers for leftovers. We will definitely use them again and are now addicted to their homemade chips, pimento cheese dip and lemon pistachio bars. “This place caught me by surprise!! I was surprised to see a bibimbap bowl on the same menu as a chimichurri burrito but if you see this truck LET IT BE A SIGN! The steak bibimbap bowl is full of farm fresh veg and is so delicious all the way through, so well balanced and amazing flavors with the kimchi sauce and pickled veg. This will be a truck I look for every time I pass through fruita. The owner is also SO nice!!! 10/10 I’ll be back for you Dango Street Food.“
