Disappointed 😞 wanted a Totito's Bloody Mary, They no longer serve. Got soup and salad- loaded baked potatoe soup i only got 2 diced potatoes 🥔 in my soup. I asked for crackers, they didn't have any crackers 😐. They no longer have soup and 1/2sandwiches. Not my day for Chili's or the near future.

Spilt my drink. Our server Conrad and the manager Alyssa jumped right into action. Even though I was the idiot who spilt. They were more than friendly with nothing but a smile on their faces as they replaced my drink and discounted my bill. The food was amazing as well! 5 stars no doubt.

I eat out very infrequently. I took my grandson to get a nice lunch before our movie and I was so disappointed. The first sirloin I sent back because half of it was fatty. The second sirloin contained some fat but not as bad as the first sirloin. My grandson's steak had some very fatty sections also.The broccoli was barely steamed. It was more like eating raw broccoli. But the thing that was the worst, were the flies. My grandson and I got so tired of trying to keep flies off of our food. Our waiter was great! The queso was good.But I don't think I'll ever go back to Chili's again in the summer and I certainly won't be getting the sirloin steak.

Why is this restaurant still in business?! Food is horrible, waiters & waitresses are useless! No customer service at all! Watched from the pick up order area and the staff just seem to not care or put any rush on the food sitting back there for the restaurant or to go orders. I’d truly pass if you’re thinking of eating here!

There was no wait, but we went early in the evening. Our server, Granger, was on it tonight. Had drink refills ready before we asked. Was friendly and efficient. Had an hour before we had to be somewhere. Was nice to be able to enjoy our meal and not feel rushed for time.

I’d recommend having a talk with your hostess about customer relations. When your first impression upon entering the establishment is immediately met with an extremely unfriendly hostess who seemed very entitled and is clearly a toxic employee, it starts the experience off negatively which occurred on 7/9/25 around lunchtime. The hostess was a short african american girl. The food was mediocre however, it probably would’ve tasted better if we felt welcome

Was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very polite and professional, the food was extremely tasty, and the atmosphere was stellar. It was fairly busy when we arrived, but the staff was very swift and on task. One of the managers (I think his name was Kyle) came and asked us how our food was, which I very much appreciated. Overall, very pleased with my experience at this location.
