I recently came here with my boyfriend, I will preface we came a little later in the night around 9:10. We were sat in the dining room and our server was Amanda, she was very inattentive and took about 20 minutes to come back over to us after bringing us water due to her talking to another table right in front of us for that whole time. Another worker then brought our food out and we again did not see our server until the very end of our dinner when she brought us boxes we had to ask the host for. Our chicken tenders will also very chewy and overcooked. Will not be dining here again any time soon.

We shared a big meal and causes were not great. Chicken was chewy and was given water 1x in beginning before meal. My stomach was cramping when I got in car and both of us felt horrible. Prices were high . Hostesses didn't know what they were doing and barely said anything recognizable. There was people in line but it took 10 min to figure out where to put us. Not going back. That is what I said 5 years ago.

This place is amazing. I had one of the best chicken bacon nachos NEW one their menu, the chicken sandwich is really good as well as there new “WICKED COCKTAILS”

2nd time me and a friend came here and the 2nd time me and my friend got food poisoning.
I know it’s not Chili’s as a whole. We have eaten at other locations. Maybe their egg roll appetizer and I only ate one!
Food order was wrong and the two of us had our meals brought out piece by piece (fries came 10 minutes after the burgers). Our appetizers came out the same time as the entrees and they were rude when I told them to take them back and take them off my check because I didn't want an app with my meal, I wanted it BEFORE (as if that's a crazy ask). The dining room is seemingly never open. Server wasn't friendly but to his credit, fixed our issues after flagging him down. Got the check and i'm glad I checked the details because the ticket was completely wrong and costed $23 more than it should have. Overall it just feels like an inconveinence going here despite living a mile away. The whole experience makes you feel like you're being a burden on the staff so my solution is to just not come here anymore. Problem solved
