We have eaten in Chili’s before, wait staff was nonexistent and rude. Food was poor. Our son wanted to work there and had a 2:00 interview which was set up weeks before. Upon arrival he was refused the interview and was told they didn’t have time for him. My husband and I returned a short time later and asked for the manager. Manager stated he especially would not hire our son since we were there . He was very rude and unprofessional. If I were you I would think twice about eating or working there. Remember most of the food is microwaved.

My family loves Chili's and this is the first time we have had a really bad experience (March 2024).The wait time for our pick up order was over 1/2 hour and service at the front desk was minimal at best. Our order had fries missing on two orders plus the food was cold. I called the location (Grand Junction CO) and asked to speak to a manager.I was transferred to Kyle and he turned an unhappy experience around. He was extremely professional and listened to my concerns without interruption and then offered a solution to the problem. He understood my frustration and offered a gift card, remake the meal and deliver it or any thing I might suggest.In today's service industry, I appreciated his understanding of the situation and the prompt way in which he handled the situation without question.Chili's management should be very pleased to have such an outstanding supervisor on their team.Way to go Kyle!!

Chili's has the best Ribs in town, but they raised their prices during covid and kept there or perhaps even higher. What used to be a $40 meal plus tip is now a $60 meal plus tip for 2. Can't say as will go back.
